Also just devoured your podcast on perfectionism whilst on a drive and now need to re listen and make notes, in a non-perfectionist way!!!! Really related to so much of what you were saying and I echo what Cass was saying that you are brave and should be so proud that you are rolling with your authenticity and making your podcast your way, it has helped me so so much listening to your beautifully eloquent commentary on such topics 🤍 thankyou! This is such a lovely comment to read 😭 I think about that perfectionism chat often. It's like I have Cass in my brain now... and when I catch the inner critic, I hear her say "choose compassion instead." It's quite powerful! I feel very honoured that you listened and felt compelled to take notes. And I so appreciate you taking the time to share with me. It's so meaningful and encouraging, so thank you, Hannah! xx
Yes, totally. I like how you put it - the tension between instinct and overthinking. That war between gut and mind, between acting from a deep knowing vs fear or ego. It can be so hard to distinguish but I think if we can remove the audience it makes it so much easier to navigate :)
Love this piece of writing. Thanks for sharing!
