I’ll never forget one year when I was visiting Sydney from London. Fresh off the plane, I was getting a coffee in Bondi when I heard, in a thick South African accent:

"JK! My word is ‘boundaries’!"

It was my friend’s mum, sticking her head out of the car, yelling her word to me. It was everything.

The One Word is everything to me. It’s the most important practice I keep. It’s been so meaningful to see those around me embrace it too.
